Busy1Universe collects only what it needs to run the network: the email address and name on your account, the orders, tickets and downloads tied to that account, messages you send through the site, and any music or editorial submission you choose to send us.

Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor; the network never stores card numbers. Newsletter subscriptions store the email address you provide together with the consent you gave.

We do not sell personal data. You can ask for your account details to be corrected or removed by contacting the network through the contact page.

By using Busy1Universe you agree to use the site lawfully, to keep your account credentials secure, and to submit only content you have the right to share. Song requests, shout-outs, chat messages and message board posts may be moderated or removed.

Ticket purchases, service orders and music purchases are subject to the details shown at checkout, including delivery, turnaround and revision terms set out on each product or service page. Event tickets are valid for the event and date shown and are checked at the door.

Broadcast and editorial schedules may change. The network may suspend access to any account that abuses the platform, the chat, or other listeners.

Busy1Universe uses browser storage for a small number of functional preferences: your radio player volume, whether you prefer the player minimised, visualiser preferences and collapsed interface rails. These stay in your browser and are not used for advertising.

Signing in stores a session token so the site can keep you logged in. Aggregate traffic analytics may be used to understand which sections of the site are working; it is not used to build advertising profiles.

You can clear this storage at any time through your browser settings. Doing so signs you out and resets your player preferences.

WBOV-DB 92.8 Busy1 Radio broadcasts through a licensed streaming provider; music heard on the station is covered by that service’s licensing. Recordings of shows are made available only where the network holds the right to publish them.

Editorial content, photography, broadcast programming, artwork and the Busy1Universe name and marks are the property of Busy1Universe unless credited otherwise, and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Music purchased from the shop is licensed to the buyer for personal listening. For broadcast, sync or commercial licensing of a release, contact the network to discuss terms.
